Has anyone uploaded the updated skills list to the USCIS account as evidence of not being subjected to the 2-year-rule?

I sent my request for Advisory opinion on April and it shows as decision pending and documents received. How long did it take for your cases to received an answer? Did they update the page before or after sending the email?
