Hey everybody, this isn't really news about the game but more about you guys. First to those who already know about my game, what else would you want in a role playing game like this? Second, to those who have no idea what this game is, please feel free to ask questions! I want people on this subreddit to know the gist of my slide game in order for me to give you guys to actually make informed and greater decisions for the game.

Because if you guys I basically get another year to work on it, and I've noticed many inconsistencies so I'm glad you voted for it.

Hello! You have all decided that you desire for the game to be released much later than the end of this year in exchange foe there being larger starting roster(Over 20). I want to know... how many did you all want exactly? The max I'll accept is 36. I am not asking for specific characters, I am asking for an amount, we'll decide what characters should be added later. So, that'll it be?

I need help on Frisk's Save and Loading ability.

Conditions:

Condition I: Soul Speed, Speed is 11 when using a replying action(Applies to reaction as well).

Condition III: Load Save, When you die, you will restart the exact action of the character that killed you and respawn, restored to Max HP. They’ll do the exact same thing they did to kill you last time, giving you a +2 to your reaction roll on that action..

Abilities:

Ability I: Quick Save, Use an Effect card in order to heal to max HP and clear all status effects, you cannot do this while in battle.

Because I can't restart the entire battle I'm letting players just restart the action that killed them from the character that killed them, letting them redo it. As much as I want to stay faithful to its true power, its really hard to do it in a non video game. There is another way to do it that is still technically Canon but the player can't play anymore. Frisk dies but respawns in another timeline, restarting still in fiction but not in reality. This power is really hard :(

So how do you guys feel about the game's current roster, also, after realizing this game won't be a part of my main stories(even though I did already know that), maybe I SHOULD do just the main cast...

UNLESS, you want to keep all the characters in the cast plus these extra ones, if I do more characters, the date of release may be extended but if I don't you can have the game by the end of the year.

As you all know I'm making an Indie Cross Google Slide game, but I'm afraid that I might not have permission to use some of these properties, if you can, please help me understand the laws behind these kinds of situations(Copyright a.d such) general, and specific rules to respective studios, my project is non funded but does include 21 characters from different properties. Thank you if you can.

At the beginning it was just funny to see your reactions to pressing the wrong vote, but it got popular enough to the point where I had to just delete it and make a new one.

So yeah, there are 22 characters and I need to delete 1(Don't ask), you get to decide which one I should DELETE.

I am only allowing 21 characters into the beginning roster of my game(I will not explain why that number specifically). I have to remove 1 character from the roster, I have a feeling this will be a blowout, but which character should be removed?

I may or may not take your suggestions and edit the roster...

I have been making an Indie Cross Game that uses Google slides and docs. It has been about 1 year since I started working on this, and at the end of this year it'll be released via video link on Youtube. You can of course make your own personal modifications to your game version when it releases, and it'd be really easy to! But in the official version, what other type of stuff would you want to see?

I wanna release the game quickly so after release I'll start working on character specific maps and enemies, but for now, we just need more base content. We could get more ideas for maps, actual mechanics for game functions, or even new gamemodes, just comment some of your ideas for the game and I'll review them. I hope to see your amazing ideas, byyyyeeee!

I was originally gonna make it so people can upload PDF's of characters but because people can easily insert viruses, we are instead going to do monthly or bi-monthly votes after the game releases of who/what should be added, there will be many categories. Official characters for the base game, Indie Series Characters, and Random Characters(Literally any character except with the my Indie Cross character format), items, maps, etcetera. These votes are limited to 3 per category.
