How do flamefrags manage to get that much xp potions ? They are only obtainable with chest and villagers but chest are pretty lame because you only get one or two and villagers are pretty rare and cleric are even rarer

I built this on my smp and after 3 waves the raid stoped i am on 1.21.11 and my friend said i have to remove three of the four villagers but i dont understand why and i alse made a change that make the farm non-automatic cauz i think when the raid start there are no full block to spawn because the pull are pulled by the piston. Pls explain what i have to do
