My partner (32 f) and I (32 m) are moving to the area in October for a new job. We currently are in Denver, CO, and love the incredibly diverse areas of the city. There's multiple Korean hubs, multiple Vietnamese, tons of Hispanic centers, going so far even to have a diverse selection of African cuisine.

My fear is not knowing where are some good areas of the town to live in/near, where to start exploring for a pair of adventurous foodies.

Is there a variety of grocery stores? Are there any like Chinatown/Koreatown/Mexicotown kind of areas that are fun to explore?

I would greatly appreciate any advice and feedback, we will be mobile with a vehicle and love exploring.
