Everyone is busy but me (even the juniors). It's been this way for more than a month now. Hardly billing. I've asked for work etc. (And gotten staffed too - but the deal is extremely slow)

Should I be scared? I'm a junior (Cap marks).

How often do people get called out for making mistakes in big law? In front of others and in private?

I'm being reassured that my work is good but also getting mistakes pointed out what feels like almost everyday of late? Is this normal as a law clerk? I'm absolutely unable to focus on the good I'm spiraling because of 2 comments made by a senior for days and these comments like "you should have sent this last night" and even thanks. With full stops and "take ownership be proactive" comments. How do I cope with this in a healthy way?? I'm trying to do well and work on this feedback but I'm not able to stop thinking about it!

Edit: I do understand that I need feedback to do better - the question is how to not be too hard on myself and not spiral while I try to learn
