Frustrating Experience with Fitbit/Google Customer Service!
I want to share my experience trying to replace the active band (silicone) for my Fitbit Air because the metal clasp completely detached from the silicone.
I bought the device through Amazon because the Google Store doesn't ship to Puerto Rico. After going back and forth (5 Calls & 2 Case IDs) and receiving conflicting messages, they are now telling me that I have to send in the entire device, which is working perfectly, just to process a replacement for the active band (silicone).
Has anyone else had this problem or found a better solution?
