I have issues with my eye (retina). What Supplements Should I Take?
A little bit of context of my situation.
In October last year, I went to the ER because I was having problems with my eye. It turned out that I had lattice degeneration of the retina, which caused a three retinal detachment and three retinal tears. As a result, I had surgery and a scleral buckle was placed around my eye.
Since November, I have been taking supplements; I had never taken supplements before.
In June, I had another retinal tear, this time without retinal detachment.
The supplements I take every day are:
- Chelated magnesium,
- Vitamin B Complex,
- Boron,
- Zinc,
- Chelated copper,
- Lutein together with zeaxanthin,
- Natural astaxanthin,
- Vitamin C,
- Collagen,
- Vitamins A, D, E, and K (ADEK).
In general, I take most of them in the morning with breakfast.
I take vitamin C and collagen in the middle of the day.
Should I change anything?
Is there anything I should add to help support my eyes and aid their recovery?
