She told the officer I was 'flying' and that she didn't see me
Fortunately she got two tickets but I'm gonna need two new doors. TN, US
EDITS: For those who cant tell, she was trying to turn onto a residential street from the middle lane. I saw her wheels turning into my lane before I thought anything of her brake lights and swerved and blew my horn. I'm legally in the right lane (Tennessee) because I'm turning at the next light. I'm not accelerating to cut her off, she's braking so of course I'm passing her while actively accelerating. The road curves right so I didn't know she wanted to turn 90 degrees with no signal until she was in my lane. Speed limit is 45 and I'm doing no more than 5 over because of police presence and to get away from other drivers.
