I'm OBSESSED (please help me) - Dove Argan Oil Nourishing Care
My mom came to visit me yesterday. When I welcomed her in, I was startled for a second: a faint amber-incense scent came in with her.
I said nothing. I thought I was imagining it. My mom rarely wears fragrance, and she definitely would never wear anything incense-y.
The I went to take a shower. When I came back and sat next to her, I smelled it again. I was hypnotized. At first, I thought maybe I was still smelling incense from earlier, except I hadn't burned any incense that day.
So I asked her, "Do you smell that? That incense smell?"
She said, "It might be me. i just showered at the gym and used this Dove product I only use there."
She showed me the bottle. I opened the cap. I took one deep sniff.
Pure bliss.
That was it: Dove Nourishing Care with Argan Oil.
It smells much better on skin, though. It is warm, ambery, resinous. There's something almost incense-like about it once it settles. And the scent actually lingers on the skin for a few hours.
Anyway, an hour later I was at the store buying it. I tried to find other products with the same scent, but couldn't find anything.
Has anyone else tried it? I am crazy thinking this thing smell like incense or do you guys smell it too?
A Dove product has become my newest obsession and I'm trying to process that with dignity.
