I'm a small cleaning business owner and I'm curious how folks here are using AI or automation.

What's actually worked for you, what backfired? Especially around client communication, scheduling, follow-ups.

Anyone with real experience?

What’s the one cleaning chore you always put off? Mine would probably be baseboards 😂

Curious what everyone else hates doing the most.
