Hello. I've been depressed for years and I finally want to start taking care of my hair. Never was taught the right way of doing it, simply went to the barber once in a while for a fade and used basic shampoo.

I want to know if my hair is fixable and if it is, how do I do it? Also, where to start with hair care (starting from nothing) and how do I get my desired hairstyle, which is Semi Freeform dreads.
