Why are my lenses turning yellow? UV coating? Anti-glare coating?

I have twice now received my new prescription lenses, and within a week they start turning yellow. Replacements did the same thing. What's wrong.

Found this in a video about recovering from my knee surgery. Everyone has pain after this surgery. So discriminatory and discouraging it's the little words that can really destroy you.
