Avas Flowers is a Scam
I paid around $100 for same day flower delivery for my mom. The flowers were not delivered that day despite showing “on the way.” After more than FIVE calls, endless hold times, disconnected calls, and multiple broken promises, they finally delivered the order the next day.
What arrived was even worse: a few nearly DEAD flowers, and it wasn’t even the arrangement I ordered.
I called several more times and finally spoke with a supervisor who apologized and promised the correct arrangement would be delivered within 24 hours, possibly with an upgrade. TWO DAYS LATER, NOTHING.
I called again, waited 30 minutes, explained the entire situation AGAIN, and was promised a supervisor would call me back. Of course, no one did.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Nearly $100 for dead flowers, the wrong order, endless phone calls, and promise after promise that was never kept.
Save your money and your time. I will NEVER order from Avas Flowers again and absolutely DO NOT recommend them.
