Selling manned aircraft: how to reserve my N Number?
The N Number is not special, just the one I ended up with. But I like it. I am selling my aircraft, but I want to keep the N Number for my next craft.
Has anyone dealt with this before? Do I need to change the for-sale craft’s number first then apply for my old N Number as a Special Registration number? There has to be an easier, faster way… but maybe not given the bureaucracy involved.
