Is citlali worth it?

I dont have xianyun and im not going to pull her in the near future so im not sure if its worth the pull for diluc

My Situation ist 90 pulls in bank and guaranteed featured 5*, natlan, nod krai, fontaine and sumeru desert unexplored

My plan besides citlali is odette and tsaritsa, durin and nicole when they eventually rerun and i dont like any other shown 7. Character
