Duplex neighborhood available for renting to anyone new to the area
To anyone moving to the area and looking for a place, my landlord notified me that there are a couple 2 bedroom units and one 3 bedroom unit available in our neighborhood for rent.
I usually don’t post about these things but just renewed my lease because I’ve had such a good experience. Seamless move in process, very safe, great location, no surprises.

For general information, units are side by side with double thick walled foundation (nobody above or below, cannot hear through walls), 1 car garage and attic included, small backyard, and a friendly landlord.
Edit: price range for units $1650-1750 but im not the landlord so could be subject to minor change, neighborhood right off of 5th street close to Chapel Hill (Less than 10 minutes to downtown, on SE side of Tyler)
