Y’all, I feel like they’re playing a joke on us. They won’t hire anybody, but they’re slowly killing us. Every department in my store is understaffed. The workload is too heavy for such little time, or they expect so much to get done in such a short time. Coworkers are calling out because they’re just tired, which I understand.

Managers here are literally traitors. They’ll be nice to you outside the room, but they’ll embarrass you once you’re inside. They treat you like shit. All the GMs know that one of the managers is like this, but I don’t know why they still keep her in that position. She makes us feel small, and sometimes I feel sorry for myself and my coworkers because of the way we’re treated.

Just don’t give 100% if you’re not valued, and don’t settle here if you’re unhappy. Always have a backup plan.
