Multi-Vitamin

What's a good multivitamin? I've(M) been doing research all over for a multivitamin but still unable to come to any conclusion. (I have even looked into mushroom). I just want something simple. I'm slightly on the heavier side, but Ill say I'm still in pretty good shape and getting leaner with each week. Becoming a dad has had its "relaxing" effects on me. Now I'm back to being consistent in the gym and with my eating. Turned 35 this year and while I am definitely stronger (old-man strength) than I was in my 20s, though I am nowhere near as agile. Heard somewhere men my age should be taking multi-vitamins. As of now I only use coffee, protein and creatine. What gets the job done? Apologies if this has been posted before
