One must ask, how important do you think your life is? This creature knew the reality and sought out all things unnatural. It took the art of Frankenstein like a science, it learned to do bioengineering to preserve its life. It learned magic to keep itself from being too weak and frail, and it almost died but then it saw the beautiful horror that kept on it for so long. A lover dark and mysterious, yet callous and uncaring.

The Enigma pledged its life to serve and in return a powerful warrior that has lived eons never facing or knowing death.

A being never to be seen but sees you. It spins wicked tales and whispers but it bears no mouth, it looks in many ways, and studies many. Its dagger is for those that manage to see it. It didn't gain these eyes through growth, the ones that peer and see it, well consider your eyes forfeit... your eyes are theirs and you will see what it sees. You will speak its language, and when you long from the place. Well i have been told the soul is a tasty snack. I imagine one being such as this.... does something far more twisted with one.

So if you ever see it, pray you die that day, because it's Curiosity, A Deathly Curiosity.

Masta Adventuring log: Realm 238 Bykoria

Realm status: Inhabited, but not exactly humanoid but energy like beings occupy the realm. They are nice folk and understanding. However I feel there is something up with this realm.Something Primal and ancient.

Expedition 1

There is a ruin long abandoned by the Bykorians won't go near it. It's an apparent taboo and will dole out harsh religious punishment for those that tread that ground. Like it's gonna stop me.

All I can hear is the faint wind blowing in the distance, not a sound to be heard, no life to be seen. I can just feel like there is something here that doesn't belong. Energy like mine I will investigate this energy.

Expedition 2

This place feels human… I saw the architecture, it looks nothing like the Bykorians architecture. However foreign, like something close to a god or an Eldritch entity. I see a tomb and I see sigils, earthbound sigils. Why are human sigils here?

Expedition 3

I unlocked the door and saw a tome…. Its written in a mysterious liquid that smells like a compound of oil, ink, and blood. I can smell it… whatever they did down here it's something they didn't want to be discovered by natives.

Expedition 4

Ever learn something you shouldn't. I now know why this tomb was sealed. This place is a burial ground for a species of humans called the First.

I can't believe what I unearthed, this could unravel everything we know as humans ourselves. Gods did exist but apparently these “First” were made as a direct counter to God like beings. Titans of the land, performing impossible miracles to defy, and the capacity to bring a realm to its knees. Though mortal, they destroyed and killed many pantheons and lore not even known to us.

I feel i am learning too much.

Expedition 5

There is one left… sealed by all manners of magic. Someone made this tomb as a warning, scaring the natives into religious fear. This place is…. dangerous and I dare not go further. This feels too dangerous. Like fate told me to come here and take record but never too unleash it.

I hate to imagine such raw power brought on the land once more. I Fear no mage, force, or hell even gods could this man.

All I took was my leave and resealed the door and hoped I was dead before this thing could be unleashed.
