Oh My, That Chant Really Hurt!

So when the Cubbies' $22 million starter gets scorched (again) by the Brewers (his lifetime ERA vs. Brewers now 7.52), their precious PCA is punishing batting helmets in the dugout after stellar at-bats, and their grounds crew is prepping to raise the "L" flag, their fans start chanting, "Green Bay sucks." Really? WTF?

Seeking Advice for a Lighted Magnifying Glass

I'm in the process of having cataract surgery on both eyes and have opted for replacement lenses that allow me to see objects at a distance. As a result of the procedures, I won't be able to read vinyl and CD runouts as I have in the past -- holding them a few inches from my eyes. My experiments with inexpensive over-the-counter reading glasses (surgery already complete on right eye; left-eye surgery is in a few days) have not allowed me to see vinyl runout etchings and stamped characters, or CD matrix or SID codes.

I will appreciate all recommendations you can offer for lighted magnifying glasses. I believe a hands-free version would work best, but I'll value any real-world experiences that fellow Discogs users can offer because I know you know exactly the visual resolution and accuracy I'm seeking.

Thank you.

Today, on one of those in-game topic paths that the TV crew sometimes wanders along, B.A. said the players were wearing heavier gear because there is no heating system in AmFam Field, just whatever heat trickles out from the press box and suites. We couldn't believe he'd never noticed the enormous heating vents hanging from the terrace level nor scattered along the loge level. Haven't we all been told, since the Miller Park days, that the seating bowl temperature can be raised up to 30 degrees higher than outside temps?
