distilling question

probably a dumb question i think i know the answer to but methanol starts boiling at 64c but ethanol start boiling at 78c but lets say im tryin g to get my mash up to 80c to start distilling what would happen if i just couldn't get it to 80c and it was stuck at like 68c would anything even come out or would its just be methanol and no ethanol
