Hello, the screw in the top left of my cassette compartment (this is a tascam 414 mk2) has come fully off, and the plastic has broken, it’s meant to be the same as the screw directly below.

Should I replace the part ? If so how ?

Or can this be fixed any other way,

The machine was chewing tapes and not running properly prior.
