If you have any questions about specific characters I can answer, also keep in mind I am not accounting for the syntax, because the variables would be much bigger, so I excluded them to have a possible tier list. Zagreus isn’t in the Tier list, but he would be in Might have a chance, but not likely
All the Info we have from QnA’s:
- The character comes from a lesser-known indie game.
- They are not a protagonist.
- They are easy to animate as they spend most of the episode standing still.
- They are "a guy, but also with a girl."
- The girl is not all the time with that character, only pops up every now and then.
- They are kinda tall, but "something else" makes them taller then they look like.
- They are from a platformer.
- They have 3 colors on their skin.
- They are not a good guy, with no redeeming qualities.
- They have small screen time in their own game, appearing halfway through the end.
- They are not playable.
- They are less known than the actual main character of their game, who is kinda iconic in a way. The character is also confirmed to be moreso a teaser for the actual main character's appearance in Episode 4.
- The eye colors of the character are not visible.
Personally I think it’s Dr. Fetus from Super Meat Boy, but I could be wrong. What do you all think?
As you can obviously tell, my Rogue is based on the Source Engine, which is famously known for creating Half-Life 2, Team Fortress 2, Portal, Left 4 Dead, and Counter Strike, but it's also known for making Indie games like Black Mesa, The Stanley Parable, Garry's Mod, Cry of Fear, Portal: Revolution, Entropy Zero, and Team Fortress Classic.
Abilities:
- Shreds with Mini Gun hand (and can be swapped out with other guns from Half-Life and TF2)
- A Portal/Gravity Gun hand (Yes, I know they already have Multiversal Portals, but the Portal Gun is a more energy-efficient way of teleporting around, minus multiversal travel)
- An army of Zombie Drones that can be teleported in (downside is that they don't listen, but they do cause a problem through numbers) [I would've drawn the army, but I would've gone insane]

Do I, and if I do, how do I ask MORØ and or Toby Fox permission to make an Undertale Fangame about Frisk’s POV in Indie Cross?
Say hypothetically I wanted to make a fangame of Indie Cross from each character’s POV (and their own game style like how everyone would be 2D except for V1 [It’s stupid I know, but I want to try]). Is there a dibs system, because I at least want to do Frisk’s pov first, but I don’t know if anyone is also doing this idea and I don’t want to step on anyone’s toes? Also if no one called dibs before then I call dibs on working on a Undertale styled Indie Cross
