Hi all, I’ve currently been a band 5 in haem and transfusion for 2 years and have realised it’s not for me due to the lack of consistent schedule, no progression, and bad experience with management in my lab (I understand others would have better experiences depending on circumstances but this has put me off) and want some advice on what else I can do with an undergrad in Biomed and 2 years nhs experience

If anyone has left the nhs to other things and has any advice I’d be really grateful :)
