Finally got a stable Realm of Thrones + Banner Kings modpack working on 1.2.12 (Load Order + Compatible Mods)
Finally got a stable Realm of Thrones + Banner Kings setup working on Bannerlord 1.2.12 after an absurd amount of trial and error, dependency hell, version mismatches, crashes, and White Walker-level character creation bugs.
Posting this in case it helps someone else because there are barely any updated videos/posts for this exact setup.

Kingdom Politics Expanded (instability concerns)
BIG TIPS
RBM should load ABOVE Realm of Thrones
A Clash of Banner Kings should load BELOW BOTH BK + ROT
Make sure ROT-Core, ROT-Content, ROT-Map, and ROT-Dragon are directly inside your Modules folder (no extra nested folder)
Test in phases. Don’t install 30 mods at once and pray to the Seven.
