Im having a really hard time deciding between the Honda Shadow 750 and Yamaha Dragstar/Vstar 650 as my first bike. Overall i really prefer the look and feel of the Dragstar, as i got the chance to sit on one. But the power of the Shadow makes it hard to decide as im planning on doing longer trips and riding with my girlfriend from time to time. I also sat on a Shadow 600 (which i think is a bit shorter than the 750 if im not mistaken) and it felt a bit small for me. Im 185cm.

So i guess what im asking is: is the Dragstar good on longer trips with/without a passenger, and if not, is the Shadow so much better that i should go for it just based on its ability to do that?
