Water Retention/ High Humidity
Any tips for water retention? I live in Oklahoma and the Humidity is going to be between 60-70 percent for the next couple months with high heat. It straight up makes me sick and water logged, to the point I can’t really drink liquids, especially in the morning. I get bad brain fog and fatigue.
Is it worth it getting a diuretic OTC? Pounding Salt? The problem is if I drink coconut water or milk I just retain extra water, so I feel even more sick. Getting into a sauna helps temporarily, but I would have to do one every 12 hours with the humidity.
Any suggestions?
