I want to use my iPod in my car with USB to retain steering wheel forward/back controls, but the cheap android has unit detects it as a USB device and play some music from the file directories or something, since the titles are randomize

Is there some application to install on the head unit to gain proper iPod integration since I’ve already worked in the factory setting menu and there’s no option for iPod

I don’t use AUX since there’s a loud engine interference noise through the speakers

I broke the click wheel ribbon cable but I can’t find a replacement for just the ribbon cable.

I found a replacement for the whole click wheel but it cost more than a for parts ipod mini. I also don’t want to buy a whole other iPod just for that one cable.

Does anyone have a link for just the ribbon cable?
