Conflicting health information about the Candelas
Hello, everyone. The wife and I are planning to move to CO in the next couple of months. We are interested in new construction. We just spent the last 3ish years remodeling to sell our current home and don’t want to do that again!
In any case. One of the new development sites we are looking at is the Trailstone in Arvada right below the wildlife reservation. I’m aware this was the site where the old nuclear weapons manufacturing plant was. However, I have seen very conflicting information on the safety of the area. Some articles point to there being concerns (especially on windy days) where others claim it’s completely safe year round.
For people who live around the area or are CO locals what have you seen/heard? Any additional articles would be helpful as well!
