Karate Belt display holder 3d file

I wanted to display my belts in an interesting way for a long time, but I never found something I was really happy with. So I decided to put some real brain power into it, make use of my cad skills and I came up with this. I then went the extra steps to make it usable for others too. This is how it fits my belts but it's modular so that everyone can adjust it.

Scape Hammersmith Standard En-Suite through Imperial worth it? Anything I should know?

Just got an offer for a Standard En-Suite at Scape Hammersmith (£199/week, bills included) through Imperial. Brand new building, private en-suite, shared kitchen, gym, cinema room, rooftop terrace, I think it sounds almost to good to be true.

My main concerns are the commute to campus and being further from the Imperial social scene compared to the on-campus halls. Is that a real issue in practice? And is there anything else I should know or watch out for before accepting the offer at that place? Has anyone experience with Scape or at Hammersmith? Thank you so much!
