I have the option buy a Canon r7 with a broken mechanical shutter (gives error but does move), but fully functioning electronic shutter, together with a Sigma 50mm f/1.4 DG HSM ART. The package will be EUR ~550.

Is it worth it or is the repair of the mechanical shutter to expensive. Is it usable with only electronic shutter.
