Hey guys, new to this subreddit and looking to speak with anyone who works within private equity

I’ve been a management accountant for around 8-9 years but my dream has always been to switch over to private equity.

Has anyone on here done anything similar or have any advice maybe ie qualifications that could help me in the job market?
