After crystals in his pee causing pain, and a rather ecpensive emergency vet visit, he now has a strict diet of quality cat fare. Seems content these days

Don't think we got the best from the amount of grape. Got it in the tank with cooling plates set at around 5°C. Kept chilled at about 11 °C for 20 hours. Then had a pipe leave the chiller while at work. Got home it was at 19. Chucked ice in the chiller and stabilised it at fermentston to 16°C. Now running for 2 days fermenting at this temp. Sugar turing to alcohol from reading so still getting away with it. But hey, wine is a yeasty lityle bstard. 😄

Met an old couple from California outside the supermarket. They wanted to know where the best spot was in Porreres. We advised the Abbey on the hill but they inquired where we were going. We told them our vinyard and they said they were happy to come. We gave them a tour and they gave us a pair of solar glasses each. Love comes in many shapes and sizes.

Going to the uk til 25th August so then will harvest. Going to make a blanco/rose with every good grape I have.
