I'm flying through Taipei Taoyuan in August, and I have about 6-8 hour layover (5 AM to 3 PM). What are some possible things I could do? I'm assuming it may not be worth it to go back to Taipei, but I'd be happy to walk around the beaches near the airport. Would those be possible/interesting? Or is it better to have fun in Taipei for an hour or two?
