OBE’s, The Void, and Figures
My first true OBE was a difficult one, mainly because I didn’t believe in it and it sort of happened by accident. I got out of my bed, felt INCREDIBLY heavy, and could only muster enough steps to reach my brother’s room. Only when I opened his door, there was a pitch black void on the other side. I wasn’t scared by this because in truth, I had seen this exact void when I was in a coma and on the verge of death.
My second OBE was a lot more successful. I tried to turn my body which triggered me to escape and I didn’t feel heavy anymore. I actually said “haha fuck yeah, I did it!” And proceeded to walk to my rooms door. Only before I opened it, a tornado alarm went off in the real world and it woke me up. However, I had this intuitive feeling that the void would be there again.
Also, during F10 and F12 I can see the auras of hands stretching out to me and once the floating begins I start to notice the feet of a woman in front of me and the more I focus on that, I realize I’m looking down at a sidewalk while she’s in front of me. If I try to look up I realize she’s in a hospital gown in the middle of a city street and she just looks at me. I don’t feel any threatening vibes but it’s a really intense stare, it feels like we’re both out of place. I’ve also seen a deceased friend sitting against a wall in a train station and when I tried to talk to him, an elderly black man with a red and black suit stops me. He doesn’t talk to me, he just has his hand out as if im supposed to give him something first?? I told him i didn’t have anything but that I simply wanted to sit next to him and if he could do me this favor then that would be cool. He nodded and I sat there until it was almost time to wake up. I really miss him and it’s difficult to not think about him during these meditations, though I’ve always been able to put him in my box. This was during F12 only.
I used to think this was Limbo, now I’m not so sure. Could use some advice about as to what it could be? Wondering if this has happened to others as well.
