Hi everyone,

I'm planning to buy a 2 BHK (655 sq ft carpet) which is on a higher floor in Rustomjee Acura, Majiwada and would appreciate honest feedback from residents or anyone familiar with the society.

One thing I noticed is that there's a nullah/drain running along one side of the complex. I'd like to hear from people who actually live there or know the project.

My questions are:

Does the nullah ever cause foul smell or mosquito problems?

How is the overall construction quality after 12 years?

Any recurring issues with lifts, water supply, power backup, seepage, or maintenance?

Looking for genuine pros and cons before I make the final decision. Thanks in advance!
