I finished my class and got Distinguished on all competencies. Normally when I press “Complete This Course,” the course drops off my Current Requirements pretty quickly.

This time it lets me press the button, and I get the popup saying: “Thank you. Your request to complete this course has been submitted.”

But if I reload the page or leave and come back, the button is active again and it lets me submit it over and over like nothing happened.

The course also will NOT disappear from my Current Requirements, so I can’t move into my capstone.

I’ve tried:
Safari
Chrome
Incognito mode
Mobile app
Refreshing/logging out

Has anyone had this happen before? Is it just a weekend or holiday processing delay or is my account stuck somewhere in the system?
