Hey everyone, really excited to be flying into Queenstown next week with a couple of mates and we are looking to do Ben Lomond Track via Tiki Trail towards the end of the week. We are confident hikers and are fine with the inclination and distance, but don't have much experience with alpine conditions as we are from Australia.

Wondering if any hikers or locals know how the mountain conditions are currently, e.g. how icy/snowy it is now, what forecasts to look out for and if you have any tips? Ideally we would love to go past the saddle to the summit.
