I've been a BA for years and the part that gets me isn't the documentation-it's everything around it. Walking into a stakeholder meeting and blanking on what I needed to ask. Losing track of who said what once someone rolls off the project. Drowning in Jira notifications to the point I can't tell what actually needs me today.

Is it just me, or do others feel this too? Curious how you all handle it-and whether anything out there actually helps, or if we're all just surviving on notebooks and memory.
