I do know for a fact that both ABC stores in Ala Moana Center currently have them in stock. Prices may vary by location, but Ala Moana had it for $13.99 +tax.
You can find them next to or close to the Hawaii Sanrio merch. They also just released a rooster Hello Kitty.
