Not the most reputable of sources and I don't see a reason why Detroit would do it as it can potentially help an eastern conference rival but man potentially replacing Norm with Duncan and THJ is an all timer offseason on top of Giannis

Wiggins deal gives Heat the ability to use the full non taxpayer midlevel and bi-annual next summer as well.

The more time passes the more I've warmed up to the deal, Wiggins didn't have to take a paycut, bro could've just opted in and nothing else. It'll be difficult to build this roster as things stand but I don't think they'll just punt this season. 17M for a starting level 3 & D guy while Giannis' and Pelle's extension kick in is worth the financial hit now.
