I have no way to make charged bokts. Is there any way to find Polymer or Firecracker fruit in the blue zone?

I am stuck in the blue zone. I need to make charged bolts but need fire cracker fruit or polymer in order to make a grow bed.
Can I find either of these anywhere? Or Am I locked?
