I fell into a financial hardship and then my property management changed the bank I was having auto-pay to for my maintenance fees (while I was dealing with a family emergency) and now it is escalated to this law firm.

$6,000 in principal
$11,000 in late / legal fees

I need to sell this condo ASAP. I sent RMWH an email, expressing that I want to make this right, if they could waive the late fees and offer a payment plan on the principal 2 weeks ago and no response.

My property management company basically shut down the portal for me to make any future payments and won’t discuss anything with me.

Does anyone have any experience or advice of how I can proceed?

I saw horrible reviews of this firm that they bully and rip off condo homeowners.
