Rent agents and lease

I want to move in a room (separate leases for diff people in diff rooms, landlord doesn’t live there), I am not dealing with the landlord but the agent. My question is how you deal with it properly so I don’t get scammed? Landlord is not in the country. Should I/Can I ask for the landlord’s name ahead of time before meeting with the agent when signing lease? What is the safe procedure in this? Please help me out.

Also. At first the agent was saying that lease till April or 12 months with I am fine with the first. Then I was saying according to the rules it is supposed to be going month to month after. The agent sad that landlord might wanna come back, he is not sure about his contract overseas which I assume can happen and I would need to move out. Now he says that till April because landlord would want a group of six people moving in in May (6 room house so he will be renting the whole house to a group of people probably). Would this be legal to have me moved out?

Spf

I’m trying to figure out how to wear spf with makeup. For example if I put it before makeup when I get ready for work it won’t make sense since I will be inside the building without any sun. Before when I didn’t use makeup I would just put it on before leaving work and see the sun but now I can’t put it on due to makeup. How would you do that?
