I have been experiencing white patches/spots around my lips from 2/3 years.
Tried everything but it doesn’t cure. They are more brighter than my actual colour. They are very visible!
What should i do?
Suggest any cream.

I need suggestion from where i should buy in budget, alpha arbutin and vit C serums?
That gives brightening effect and evens the tone.
Also, has anyone used tracnasen cream which is a tretinoin?
