My ex has told me he has filed for divorce but I have not been served.
He has given me a court date and copies of the documents he lodged. I noticed he has used the wrong marriage certificate (church version not registry one). Other details are incorrect but only minor issues I feel.
Is there a simple way to find out if it’s been accepted and to let them know he hasn’t served me?
