Hello y’all,

I’m actively looking for a studio apartment around Midtown or North York. My budget is between $1,500–$1,700, ideally with utilities included (or maybe just hydro extra). I’m also looking for a place with parking included or affordable parking options nearby.
I checked out the O’Shanter options, but it seems like they’re no longer available. I’d actually prefer an older building since I value space more than amenities.
