One game for the rest of your life, which would it be?

Here's the deal: choose any game you like, and from now on it's the only one you can ever play. I don't think it has to be your favorite, since a favorite could be short or not worth a second playthrough.

What matters to me is how well it holds up after dozens of runs. What would you go with?
