A supervisor at my airport is thinking about stepping down from supervisor to officer, will she get to keep her pay grade and step?
I only know of one officer personally who used to be in the behavioral detection officer program, and when it was discontinued, they allowed him to keep his G band pay grade.
My friend and I are just trying to figure out what is going to happen when she steps down. She’s been a supervisor for more than 2 years, has no behavior issues, and is clean.
