Hi all! Joined Reddit for this sub. I’ve been into hypnosis for about 5 years now. I love the way it makes me feel. I worked with a hypnotherapist for the first year or two to build confidence and it has helped me so much. My original hypnotherapist left the area but recommended me to a few others that work with me a lot still. It’s always fun and unexpected when I get calls or texts from them. Is it possible they are making me addicted to it? Is it possible to also go under through text because I feel like that happens as well. Excited to learn more and share experiences, from what remember lol, in this group!
